At The Rugs Spa, we believe your rugs deserve the same care and attention as any treasured part of your home. Today we are Ontario’s trusted name in professional rug and carpet cleaning, with locations across Mississauga, Oakville, Scarborough, Vaughan, and Cambridge. But we did not start there.
How We Started
Like many good things, The Rugs Spa began small. Our story started out of a single van, driving door to door across the Greater Toronto Area, picking up rugs, cleaning them with care, and returning them to happy customers. There were no big facilities and no shortcuts, just an honest promise to treat every rug as if it were our own.
That reputation traveled by word of mouth. One satisfied customer became two, and two became a community. As demand grew, so did we, adding locations, equipment, and a dedicated team, while holding on to the same hands-on values we started with.

Today, The Rugs Spa is a full-service cleaning facility. We have grown from that first van into purpose- built locations equipped to handle everything from delicate, hand-knotted heirlooms and fine silk rugs to the everyday carpets your family lives on. Our facilities allow us to control every step of the process, so each rug receives the right treatment for its material and condition, cleaned thoroughly and returned looking its best.
Our services go well beyond rugs. We also clean carpets, upholstery, tile, ducts, and windows, helping you keep your entire space fresh and healthy. And because life is busy, we make professional care simple: drop your rugs off at any of our walk-in locations, or let our pickup and delivery service bring the spa right to your doorstep.
